About

Most writing about AI comes from vendors, or from enthusiasts who built an agent over a weekend. This series is about something else: what happens when AI meets real engineering work inside a large organisation.

There are three kinds of issues:

• Essays — field notes on AI adoption and on teaching engineers to work with AI.
• Labs — reproducible experiments with measurements and a repository.
• Postmortems — honest write-ups of what did not work.

Written by Vadym Kuznetsov, who leads technical teams and training programmes at EPAM and drives AI adoption for engineering teams. Cases are generalised and anonymised.
